Cancellation Policy – The Gloss Junkie I value your time and truly appreciate you valuing mine as well. 🤍 💳 Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total and is not refundable, including in the event of cancellation or rescheduling. 🌙 After-Hours Appointments Need an appointment outside of my regular business hours? I may be able to accommodate you! 🤍 Please contact me directly to request an after-hours appointment. After-hours appointments must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. An additional after-hours fee will apply and is separate from the cost of your nail service. ⏰ Cancellations & No-Shows • Same-day cancellations & no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps in my schedule that are difficult to fill and cost both time and money. I truly appreciate your respect for my schedule. ⚠️ No Communication & 2-Strike Policy Last-minute cancellations and appointment changes without communication or warning can significantly impact my schedule. • Any cancellation, no-show, or appointment change made without communication or reasonable notice will count as a strike against your profile. • Each violation counts as one strike. • After 2 strikes, you will be permanently banned from booking future services with me. Please be respectful of my time and your appointment. If something comes up, communication is key! 🤍 🤍 Guest Age Policy (13+) To ensure a safe, peaceful environment for everyone, my private suite is reserved exclusively for clients 13 years and older. Intricate nail art requires intense concentration, and managing children during a service can heavily impact my workflow and pacing. Because I refuse to compromise on the quality of your results or run late for my next client, arriving with children will result in a cancellation and a 100% same-day fee.
