I value your time and truly appreciate you valuing mine as well 🤍
• Same-day cancellations & no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.
As a nail tech and a mom, I set aside specific time just for you. Working from my private suite allows me to focus entirely on your service! Last-minute cancellations leave gaps that are hard to fill, so I truly appreciate your respect for my schedule.
🤍 No Children Policy: To maintain a relaxing, intimate, and safe environment, my salon suite is designed exclusively for clients 13 and older. If you arrive with children, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation, resulting in a 100% service fee charge. Please respect this boundary so I can give you my undivided attention!
That being said — I am human too. If a family emergency comes up or life simply happens, please reach out to me as soon as possible so we can communicate and figure out a reschedule time. Open communication helps ensure you won’t be charged unnecessarily 🤍
